8. Do not fall for snacks in between meals. The main problem with most snacks and junk food is that they are usually less filling and contain a lot of fat and calories. French fries are tempting but very fattening.
9. A diet rich in vegetables are better for losing weight and fat. The best choices are leafy green vegetables so try to include a salad with your meal and try to limit or skip rich salad dressings.
10. Be smart about what you eat and how often you eat. Do not eat just to eat. Eat smaller meals 5- 7 times a day to speed up you metabolic rate so you are able to burn more calories
